Child Safety Standards

Please read this document carefully. It explains your rights and responsibilities on FRNSup.
1. Purpose
These published standards describe how FRNSup prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). FRNSup is a campus-to-career network for verified students in India. It is not intended for children under 16. This page exists so users, reviewers, and authorities can see our standards in one public place. It should be read with our Terms of Use, User Agreement, and Privacy Policy.
2. Zero tolerance
FRNSup has zero tolerance for CSAE. You may not create, upload, share, solicit, link to, or otherwise distribute CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors. You may not groom, exploit, or traffic minors, or use FRNSup to arrange contact for those purposes. Attempts to do so are banned. We will remove violating content, disable or terminate accounts, and report to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
3. Who the product is for
FRNSup is for students typically 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 16. If we learn that an under-16 user has an account, we will take steps to delete it and related personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Users under 18 should use FRNSup only with a parent or guardian’s permission as described in the User Agreement.
4. How to report in the app and on the web
You can report posts and other user-generated content from the post menu (Report). You can block a user from their profile menu; blocked users are listed under Profile → Blocked list. You can also email child-safety and CSAM concerns to support@frnsup.com with the subject line “Child safety report”. Include URLs, usernames, screenshots, and a short description when you can do so safely. Do not attach illegal CSAM files to email.
5. How we review reports
We review child-safety reports as a priority. We may hide or remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records as required by law, and prevent the user from creating a new account where we can. We may ask the reporter for more detail. We do not guarantee an outcome to the reporter beyond what law and our processes allow.
6. Reporting to authorities
Where we have actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE, we will report to the relevant regional and national authorities as required, which may include Indian cybercrime and child-protection agencies and, where applicable, international clearinghouses. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. Our designated contact for these standards is support@frnsup.com.
7. Prohibited content and conduct (summary)
In addition to the bans in our Terms of Use, the following are prohibited: any sexual content involving anyone 17 or under; sexualized imagery or text about minors; links to CSAM; requests for sexual images of minors; and using Community, profiles, or other features to exploit a minor. Adult sexual content that does not involve minors may still violate our community rules and can be removed.
8. Changes
We may update these standards. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of FRNSup after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
